Scarborough a populist?

Is Joe Scarborough suddenly a populist, siding with America's workers over his party's partners in crime? By finally getting it that our current government is owned by corporations, his oppostion to the current Pension Reform Bill (a pension version of the bankruptcy bill where all the risks fall on the worker) is refreshing, I think.
